(28 June 1936 – 26 March 2010)

W
as an American politician and conservative activist, who served in the Georgia State Senate from 2004 to 2008.

Born in Clayton and of German descent, Schaefer became a prominent conservative political activist in Georgia in the 1980s. She subsequently ran for Mayor of Atlanta in 1993, before running as the Republican Party's nominee for Lieutenant governor of Georgia in 1994, where she lost to incumbent Democrat Pierre Howard

She unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination for Governor in 1998, finishing in third place behind Guy Millnerand Mike Bowers with 7.7% of the vote in the party's primary election. She was elected to the State Senate in 2004 for the northern-state 50th district, where she served until she was defeated by Jim Butterworth in a Republican primary in 2008. She had also sought to wrest the Republican nomination for Georgia's 10th congressional district from Paul Broun in 2008, but withdrew her candidacy before the primary election. Throughout her career as an activist and politician, she was a champion of Christian conservative causes, opposing the department of Child Protective Services (a.k.a Department of children and Families). Which, after 4 years of investigation, on November 16, 2007 she published a report entitled "The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services". After publishing the report, in a press conference she exclaimed that the report caused her to lose her position as a Georgia State Senator. In addition, she stood firmly in her opposition to abortion and gay rights. However, in expressing her Christian beliefs she promoted the display of the Ten Commandments in public places. Upon her death, fellow State Senator Ralph Hudgens eulogized her as "almost like a rock star of the Christian right". She was a senior official in the Baptist church, having served as a First Vice President of theGeorgia Baptist Convention.

Schaefer died at her home near Turnerville in Habersham County on 26 March 2010 with her husband of 52 years, Bruce Schaefer. Police concluded the deaths to have been a murder–suicide perpetrated by her husband. Before her death, she published and promoted the report "The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services", leading to conspiracy theories surrounding her murder.

It is with great pain and sorrow that we announce the death by murder of Senator Nancy Schaefer. Nancy perhaps was known best for being an international hero to those who had their children stolen by corrupt family courts and unethical adoption agencies and practices, and those that had their children stolen through corrupt practices of Family Courts and CPS.

She was a genuine, grade A bad ass. After proposing legislation to protect children and families in Georgia from getting their children stolen through unethical so called "adoption practices" that amounted to mass kidnappings of innocent children form innocent parents she was unseated by her own beloved Republican party in the next election. After her own Republican party rejected her for doing what was right she became a national favorite of Independents The Republicans in Georgia pressured her and pressured her to back down from trying to stop unethical adoption practices before unseating her, but their efforts were to no avail. Her answer was that she would rather go down with the ship than to do what went against her constituents' best interest. To say that we do not have many politicians like that on either side of the aisle is defiantly an understatement.

The actions of these corrupt Republican politicians in Georgia did not stop her, she worked for the rest of her life fighting against unethical so called "adoption practices" and against CPS corruption, and for Christian ideals. To us she is and will always be a hero. To think that this is the kind of person the Republican party is trying to get rid of!

And make no mistake many in the Republican party hated her, and so did many in CPS, and so did many traffickers of children and corrupt child snaatching "adoption" agencies and their lobbies. In all honesty she was a huge force in changing the way the world thought about these things and her efforts succeeding meant many of these child stealing monsters and their political allies stood to lose millions of dollars and all of their political power.

Thats why it was so interesting when we heard the news this morning that Nancy Schaefer's beloved husband whom she had lived with for decades without a problem had suddenly and inexplicably just gone out of his mind and killed his wife and then himself. And it got even more interesting when key Republicans from Georgia talked to the press and said they thought her husband had cancer and that was what made him get a gun and kill his wife, when the Schaefer's own daughter said that was untrue and that her father was not sick. And it even got more interesting when Republican blogs made rumors that Schaefer and her husband had a death pact--which turned out to be completely untrue--and was very insulting and distasteful to assert particularly on the day after her death.

And her murder needs to be investigated very, very thoroughly because it is just hard to believe that a loving elderly couple that had devoted their entire lives to public service, one day-- just one day out of the blue-- had a Columbine right in their bedroom, especially when so many monsters stood to gain so many things from their untimely passing.
A CPS insider reveals "secret rules" that corrupt "Child Protection Services" Inc. must follow:
What say you?Wasn't this one of Senator Schaefer's fights? And wasn't this partly what her LOST documentary was about?

  2. It's human nature to seek out a partner in life, and to possibly marry and have children. Unfortunately the matrimonial establishment, as we are all aware, is being methodically torn down by a demoralized society. Sadly the divorce rate is still on the rise and the foundation of marriage is being devalued and is crumbling. As adults we learn to adapt and move on when divorce attacks our lives but for children this is another story. They are the real victims of divorce and unfortunately they will suffer dearly from our selfishness and in most cases follow the same path of destruction if not worse.
As a nation we have been granted certain civil rights by our constitution. Through the years it has been amended to better the lives of many Americans. The two most notable changes have come to Women in the 1920s and with African Americans in the 1960s. These rights were long overdue for both segments of our nation but thankfully we realized our mistakes and corrected them. This was not an easy journey for either of these crusades but through dedication and perseverance the bells of liberty rang loudly and victory was achieved.
Unfortunately we have reached yet another fork in the road and with that comes another challenge to the American people. "We've worked hard for women's rights, but we have to watch out that the pendulum doesn't swing the other way" says Ruthie J. of the Reach FM. Ironically the pendulum has already swung far to one side and this time the male gender is being demonized by erroneous and fraudulent information. Males are being portrayed as callus, uncaring, and without emotion. We are being taught that men represent 95% of abuse in this nation against women. These and many other false statistics are being recklessly strewn throughout society and none of it is true. Yes, women are being abused by men that is a fact. striking a woman is abhorrent to the highest degree and should be dealt with appropriately but men are abused at an equal rate and they are being ignored. According to a study by the Center for Disease Control men represent 38% of domestic violence related injuries. Compound that with the fact that only 0.9% of men report abuse verses 8.5% of women and I think we have a pretty equal degree of violence between partners.
The cornerstone of this "abuse" is VAWA the Violence Against Women Act. It was passed into law by Bill Clinton in 1994 and has been extended by every subsequent President. This law funnels Billions of dollars into discriminatory education and propaganda that violates men's civil rights. Many times DVIs or Domestic Violence Injunctions are used as a tool in divorce, child custody or just vengeance against a partner, most often against males. This is because the system of acquiring a DVI is simple and requires no evidence, witnesses or prior police reports. Just the word of an alleged victim making a claim of abuse. The repercussions of these orders are devastating and many times result in a violation, arrest and complete destruction of one's life. Even in cases when they are dismissed, a serious blemish remains on the falsely accused forever; how does that look to potential employers who almost always perform background checks prior to employment? This must be stopped and a better system of protecting all victims of domestic violence should be put in place.
I hope to help bring awareness to gender discrimination and help provide support for men who are abused. There are programs to help women of abuse but nothing for men. My website will provide more information on the facts, my personal experiences and the stories of those who have been victims of this heinous tactic of relationship vengeance. Men and women should truly have equal rights and currently the scales are unjustly tilted. Let's work together to end domestic violence and not vilify one gender as inherently abusive. "United we stand, divided we fall" A powerful statement that we must never forget.

    1. Every night is bad.

      But some are extraordinarily bad.

I miss my children so much.

      It’s been 3 years.

I hear on here that it gets easier.

When? When does it get easier?

It’s been 3 years and its not any easier. Some nights, like tonight, the pain is deep.

It hurts so much I feel like I could die.

They say you can’t die from this kind of pain. From emotional pain.

      Feelings never killed anyone.

      Really?

Maybe I’ll be the first documented case of a man dying from the pain of missing his children so much.

The years that are gone, they are gone. Stolen from my children and I. You cannot give them back, you cannot make it right.

My resentment towards my ex and the judge doesn’t seem to diminish. It seems instead to grow. It grows larger with every passing day.

My soul is black and is turning even blacker. My heart heavy and continues to grow even heavier. My mind is clouded and becomes more clouded every day.

All I feel is pain. Nothing but heartache and misery. Hopelessness and despair. Hatred and resentment. Nothing but pain.

      Tell me, when…..
      ….when does it get easier?

    2. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

The first case to recognize a non-custodial parent’s cause of action based on the tort of intentional infliction of emotional distress was Sheltra V. Smith, 392 A. 2d 431 (Vt. 1978). In this case, the non-custodial parent brought suit for damages alleging that:

“defendant willfully, maliciously, intentionally, and outrageously inflicted extreme mental suffering and acute mental distress on the plaintiff, by willfully, maliciously, and outrageously rendering it impossible for any personal contact or other communication to take place between the (plaintiff and child).”

      Id. at 433.

The Superior Court, Caledonia County, dismissed the complaint for failure to state of cause of action on which relief could be granted. The Supreme Court of Vermont, however, found that the plaintiff stated a prima facie case for outrageous conduct causing severe...
