I’ve always believed that “honesty is the best policy” and therefore being transparent with you and this Honorable Court with hopes and lots of prayer that Justice will finally be served is critical to my continued success in this case. Consequently, I assure that my comment(s) about the “real” possibility of me making a complaint to the Court, the Judge, Law Enforcement and or The Florida Bar does not involve the issue of the interference of U.S. Mail but something much more profound. So just because I inform you that I may take corrective action(s) for the reason(s) that I believe that Nixa, you and or your firm has been involved in illegal, immoral and or unethical “act(s)” does not mean it is a “threat” (you guys sound like a broken record), and please know that I have absolutely no doubt that you will vigorously defend yourselves." ~ David Inguanzo
