Family Court child custody proceedings and family laws violate the rights of fit parents

Petitioning United States Supreme Court

Do child custody proceedings and family laws violate the rights of fit parents, and whether children have reciprocal rights to the care and custody of their parents?

Michelle MacDonald has filed a petition "United States Supreme Court: Grant Writ of Cert filed November 4 to determine whether child custody proceedings and family laws violate the rights of fit parents, and whether children have reciprocal rights to the care and custody of their parents?" and need your help to get it off the ground.
Will you take 30 seconds to sign it right now? Here's the link:

Here's why it's important:

Child custody proceedings are daily affecting the lives and fundamental and constitutional rights of millions of parents, children and families. Each year, 5.7 million domestic orders are decided in state courts, dominated by divorce. Add cases reopened to modify support, custody, visitation, and we have an epidemic.

Thanks!

  1. What Rights Do Unmarried Fathers Have in #Paternity and #ChildCustody? http://bit.ly/1JKu3Tg

Michael Fields - Nothing more than a married man. Women will always be the presumptive custodial parent.

Bob Norton - Well according to the 14th Amendment they have equal rights. According to the U.S. Supreme Court they have Fundamental Rights which cannot be even limited, never mind taken way, without clear and convincing evidence that the faher is harmful ("an unfit parent").

Unfortunately I have yet to learn of one court in any of the 50 states that respects these constitutional mandates because it is far more profitable to have custody battles ($78,000 on average each according the The Wall Street Journal) and federal incentives for child support near 23% of the amount ordered and collected (Title IV-D). These kickbacks, a clear violation of judical canons of conflict of interest, earn $100,000 or more for each termination of a father's parental rights for the judicial system in ALL 50 states! Simple a form of evil and corruption encouraging family bond and child destruction. See www.FathersUnite.org .
