Children's Rights: CHILDREN OF DIVORCE ~ The Greatest Taboo?

In 2002, I "successfully" represented myself for almost 3 years in my divorce and for our son. I became knowledgeable in Family Court litigation and I believed then that in Family Courts all of the lawyers and Judges were driven to serve Justice and protect the best interests of my child, family, and therefore, unconsciously participated in the court proceedings for my daughter Zoraya.

Later on when my Paternity Suit started in 2008, I learned that these proceedings, the Lawyers and Judges that drive to serve Justice were nothing short of a swindle.

I have observed countless families needlessly damaged and financially exploited by this system.

Predictably, my efforts to reform the system were answered by government retaliation of my civil rights and fundamental human rights causing career damage, intentional and negligent emotional distress, and child abuse upon my daughter. Reported and ignored!!

When families are compelled by law into court for dispute resolution, their members do not realize how much child-rearing freedoms they surrender to outsiders. The arbitrary mandate of naming a “custodial parent” begins the damaging process.

I AM A DEDICATED FATHER WITHOUT COMMISSION OF ANY CRIME OR UNFIT PARENTING.

Due Process has not been available to me in the lower courts or in any state court after eight years of oppressive and recurring litigation.

I, the Petitioner, has been singled out by reason of a stand taken against the government for its lucrative abuse of families in America's domestic relations courts.

Four Ways An Alienator Cultivates Support

1. Alienating Parents are oftentimes charming, which is a characteristic that tricks the recipient to overlooking other very serious personality flaws. Also, when you see someone as charming, you feel attracted to that person, so subsequent information must be assimilated with that positive view point, lest you question your own judgment.

2. Alienators’ primary goal is to gain social standing at the primary expense of the target parent. In fact, isolating and having the target parent excommunicated by the community is the means by which they punish the target and fulfill their psychic drive. They will selectively share and distort information to shape (manipulate) the community. They will even try to paint themselves as the victims.

3. It is easier/safer to “blame the victim” (target parent). Other parents maintain their sense of control in the world by convincing themselves that losing their child through alienation would never happen to them because they wouldn’t do anything to deserve it. It is too scary to think that this can happen to anyone, so they tell themselves that the target parent MUST have done something to warrant their own child not wanting a relationship.

4. Nobody wants to cross an alienating parent, so it’s easier to side with the aggressor. These parents can be intimidating people in general and facing their wrath is not an option.

Kids deserve a childhood. They deserve mystery and wonder, and all the simple joys that come with life's discoveries. When I say the
word discoveries, I mean fireflies, and tadpoles, and the tooth fairy.

There is NO WORLD where children should grasp the words - child support, custody agreement, visitation, deadbeat, restraining orders, contempt of court, revenge, bad blood, cash cow, sperm donor, itch with a "B" and more...(I refuse to try and type them all ...)

"Absolute Judicial Discretion" permits judges to become dictators and suspend Constitutions, Civil Practice Law and Rules, Rules of Evidence, ethics rules, the rules of professional conduct for attorneys, as well as the rules of judicial conduct -and legislate their own rules at will without notifying parties during the court proceedings.
