Purple Keyboard Campaign 4 Family Justice Reform! - Write ONE Letter

Here's a special request from ParentalRights.org's President Michael Farris

Feel free to share your story (briefly) here, but please be sure to email it to stories@parentalrights.org as well.
Thank you for your help!

On September 9, I will be testifying before the United States House of Representatives' Constitution Subcommittee. The hearing is on the Parental Rights Amendment.

If you have recent stories of how doctors or other medical providers have prevented YOU as parents from coming with your child for treatment or testing, etc. or other such interference in your parental rights please send your stories to stories@parentalrights.org

Please share this post so that I can get as many examples as possible. I want to give Congress an idea of how rapidly this problem is escalating.

You must secure FACTS for your life... a fact is a truth... so let there be truth!! and light of course... and let that truth be that you have a court order from a judge or magistrate that defines your legal status as a parent based on your abilities and the best interests of yourself as a parent to this child and this child's interests respective of parental guidance.

Do not wait, do not ponder... do not will and wish and wash your own face with your tears. Simply gather the strength of your love for your child and the self respect and self love you have... Figure out the exact process to establish legal rights defined in a court order (starting with a piece of paper where you write down what you want from your relationship with your child WITHOUT the Mother being a part of your wants on this list...). Determine the process cost and starting point and start positioning yourself to engage the process.

Do not use the word 'fathers rights' in court. Use PARENTAL RIGHTS. Do not use HUMAN RIGHTS as a reference to a judge because the judge knows that is the end all and starting point of all rights and it can subconsciously come out as a condescending reference to a 'bigger idea'; instead use references such as: 'In regards to best interests of parenting' Approach 'parenting' as an idea that means so much more then Man Vs Woman (because it does...) and sell that... because most likely even some of the people reading this have deep seeds believing women are better or more natural parents then men. The reality is that you can brain wash children to grow up believing realities that simply divide and harm others.

Never should a law read Fathers, Mothers... It should simply read: Parents... a Parents rights account for the rights of a parent. the moment a gender is assigned, it is a gender discriminative marker granting access to violate your human rights.

You may not be able to get exactly what you want, or run through the streets waving the 'fathers rights' or HUMAN RIGHTS flag.... but you can learn how to speak to those who hold positions of authority and you can secure your rights as a parent.

If you have the strength and aptitude to stand up for yourself as a parent.

You MUST also write ONE letter to your local representatives and request that laws be reviewed to grant Equality to parents irregardless of gender and site local region or area examples of how gender bias prevents the best interest of a child from having two loving equal parents to raise that child.#StandUpForZoraya - www.facebook.com/StandupforZoraya - Children's Rightss

  THE CRIME OF PARENTAL ALIENATION
Part 1 in a Series of Articles
By Joan Kloth-Zanard, RSS, ABI and LC

A heart-wrenching court case is going to begin on the 3rd floor of the New Haven Superior Court. Jerry Mastrangelo, a father who has shared joint legal custody of his 13-year-old triplets since December 2007, has not seen them in almost 2 years. One might ask why. Is he a bad father, did he do something wrong, did he abuse them or the mother? The answer to all of these questions is apparently, No. Instead, he is the victim or targeted parent of alienation.
Mastrangelo’s rights to maintain a relationship with his children are fundamental rights protected by the Fourteenth Amendment. When those rights are violated, the courts should be applying strict scrutiny to any of those statutes that directly and substantially impair those rights." (P.O.P.S. v. Gardner, 998 F2d 764 (9th Cir. 1993)) According to Mr. Mastrangelo, this is his constitutional right as a US citizen.
To keep ones children from a biological parent when there is no evidence of that parent being unfit is a crime, which is why Mr. Mastrangelo hired, Mr. Pattis, a high profile criminal attorney, who rarely if ever, steps foot in a family court. According to Mr. Mastrangelo, his attorney would rather be in criminal court on the 5th floor than in a family courtroom. It seems that Mr. Pattis is very cognizant of the extremely emotional trauma that occurs when a parent creates a contentious divorce and custody situation by isolating the children from the other parent. Starting on September 11, Mr. Pattis will be trying to reunite Mr. Mastrangelo with his children in a highly publicized court case. He believes that denying a good, loving parent from having a parent/child relationship, is a crime.
The crime we are talking about here has several names. It is called Parental Alienation, Hostile Aggressive Parenting, Parentectomy or simply, PAS. It is a form of psychological abuse where one parent deliberately undermines the relationship between the children and the other parent using bullying, manipulation and scare tactics. In fact, it involves any action that impedes with a child having a healthy relationship with the other parent.
Mr. Mastrangelo was recently interviewed by Mary Jones on WDRC-AM and Vinnie Penn on WELI-AM 960. In addition to these local media outlets, this case has captured the attention on a Regional and National level thanks to Ann Baldwin, a media specialist and president of Baldwin Media Marketing. Calls to Mr. Mastrangelo’s ex-wife’s for her response to this story were not returned. -

  1. Is Parenting A Civil Rights Issue? A second precept says any law which stops us from acting according to a "well formed" conscience is immoral. Is it any wonder parents and children unjustly separated find it one of the most painful and disruptive experiences of their lives?

While it is difficult to compare Civil Rights; what would you find more disturbing: being told to sit in the back of the bus, not being allowed to vote, or ordered to no longer hug the child you love?

Fit parents should decide what's in the best interest of their child. Some think a distinction should be made between good, average, and poor parents. But how can we make a single determination in a multifaceted and dynamic relationship? Like most of us I have mixed feelings about what my parents chose for me. Times I knew they made mistakes, times when I would have preferred one over the other. I saw our relationship change as I matured, but we all grew together as family through good times and bad.

  2. via Family-Court Political Prisoner ~ Recognizing, from the court's very first act against me, that I was dealing with corruption -- I have maintained an electronic copy of everything in my divorce case (including connected contracts involved), which includes all records directed towards numerous appeals. It also includes a connected workers comp case whose records reflect a medical evaluation deeming the family court the primary injuring party.
I have all records in all cases saved electronically and backed up to no less than five other locations because I'm learned. In my bereavement from my children, I was nothing less than... prolific.
My case easily attaches to Fabricius v. Fabricius and Fox v. Rogers; we are a small group of current family court litigants in Tulare County, California standing together united against local case-fixing.
Ms. Pam Fox, Mr. Fabricius and I are old hats at being targeted by local authorities for our court cases. We don't care about the constant retaliation and are now going ahead together full chest.
An interview with the three of us would be quite edifying for the greater public. Particularly in this area where we are just north of the infamous Kern County, California (see Sean Penn's "Witchhunt").
Her case alone is the stuff of every mommy's family court nightmares. She's been very strong. Bill he's a disabled veteran from our Navy forces. As just one issue in his case, he's paying child support. He's never had children. His ranch has been repeatedly targeted. He lives under constant harassment from the county.
Me I live here, a political prisoner of America's (and specifically California's) judicial system. Keeping records on a growing tableau of family courtroom crimes -- seeing a weaving pattern leading to?
