NBA star Dwyane Wade's lawyers said in court Friday that his ex-wife is manipulative, mentally unstable and occasionally violent. Her lawyer accused Wade of being disengaged, uncommitted and too busy to be a full-time dad. Lawyers for Wade and his former wife, Siohvaughn, leveled the charges in closing arguments Friday after a bitter child custody trial that has dragged on for more than four months. What Judge Goldfarb and Dr. Amabile did in the Wade case, is observe and describe the behavior of a mother bent on keeping two young children away from their father. That alienation clearly led to certain behaviors by the boys that certainly looks like PAS to me.
