"Nowhere in the judicial system is family advocated."

By "Family Courts", it should be clarified that it means all courts dealing in private family matters...ranging from actual "family" courts that adjudicate child visitation / support / custody, marriage / separation / nullity / dissolution to juvenile dependency courts, and in other instances, probate courts when the issues revolve around guardianship, conservatorship, stepparent adoption, etc.  Nowhere in the judicial system is family advocated...truly advocated. It simply does not...

Children's rights should include life with both parents. By Phyllis Schlafly Debates about same-sex marriage and gay adoptions always include the argument that a child has the right to both a father and a mother. .... If that is true, why is a child...

God gave those children to me. I will stand before Him to be judged on how I raise my children, and I don't believe it's appropriate for the state to step in and either play God-- or play Parent!

ld me "You can't do that-the courts won't allow it." My response: "The courts have no say in what 2 parties decide and the courts can not tell you how to raise your own children!!"

FAMILY COURT ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY! IT'S DESIGNED TO COST YOU AND CREATE HOSTILITY SO YOU CONTINUE TO FIGHT, KEEP COMING BACK, & KEEP PAYING THEM WHILE THEY DESTROY YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILY!!!

With that being said people say "I can't go that long without seeing my kid" my response is if your not an asshole you can see your kid or even remain the custodial. This is simply the best way to avoid hostility while the child gets to benefit from both parents. If your hostile you shouldn't be around your kid or your ex more then once a year for the exchange. I've seen what hostility does to parents and to kids and it's NOT RIGHT!!

By "family courts," it should be clarified that it means all courts dealing in private family matters...ranging from actual "family" courts that adjudicate child visitation/support/custody, marriage/separation/nullity/dissolution to juvenile dependency courts, and in other instances, probate courts when the issues revolve around guardianship, conservatorship, stepparent adoption, etc.

Nowhere in the judicial system is family advocated...truly advocated. It simply does not earn state/federal revenue. It benefits government and associated agencies, financially - speaking, NOT to uphold individual, inalienable rights to family, privacy, and protection against systemic abuse.

Thus, individuals who initiate legal interference in their lives to seek support and protection now encounter the agonizing micromanagement of their lives and those forced into the legal interface are usually plowed over by falsifications and lies, or at best, exaggerations of half-truths.

Justice that once may have existed is now diminished to a mere smoke screen of poisoned enticements, complex jargon, and a network of insurmountable hurdles(endless continuances, blocked attempts to file corrections and/or evidence, and a coy professional narcissistic approach to the law.

Clearly, those who do not have the interests of clients at heart *should* face punitive actions. Perhaps, in order to effectively change the overwhelmingly corrupt and broken system is not only to "follow the money" but, rather, re-budget to include such professional accountabilities capable of providing the internal motivation to do one's fundamental job.

Some say change the federal funding from ensuring ADOPTIONS to ensuring family REUNIFICATION AND/OR MEDIATIONS. Sure...this effectively addresses *some* of the colossal problem. However, it does not effectively focus on your ineffective counsel nor attorney/judicial misconduct. Since the majority of decisions are executed in courts and merely influenced by agency "advisors"/reports...the solutions, too, must address a multi-faceted audience.

The answer will not be sufficient if it only addresses a section of the " team": agency or attorney or judicial officers or the multitudes of court staff or foster/adopt parents, contracted providers, etc. In each of these, there DOES EXIST goodhearted individuals who are not intentionally destroying lives and families.

There are also those like Mr. Morales who has spoken out against such practices, and in my experience, some terrified for their own comfort and safety that they remain silent to the horrors in fear of retaliation.

I believe, from observation, wholeheartedly, that the lies were so thick by a FEW that others were, in a sense, unknowingly aiding in criminal acts. I also believe I could, if ever given the opportunity, spell out and separate nearly one-by-one which professionals/individuals were not purposeful in choosing ill intent.

One thing remains to remind me of the enormous task at hand...and, in sharing this, I hope to motivate with an empathetic support, my alienated, terminated, and struggling brother- and sister- parents out there...

What remains? You might say not a damn thing! Yes, I feel ya. I, too, have been frozen in time, unable to muster any effective thoughts, been incapable of advocating through the agony, and every other necessary motivator this path requires.

But, as many of you have been knowing or unknowing inspiration for others, you have challenged me to look inward...I am still blessed with intelligence, patience, spitfire determination, clout when deserving as much as demure when required...and it has taken a long time for me to have confidence in these facts again.

IF the worst happens and justice is not attained because the balance of evil in the world has permanently weighted the scales against our causes, then I would want my kids to remember the determination and courage I had FOR AND BECAUSE OF THEM.

I would be horrified if they learned of the empty, catatonic shell I have become. They are life, not just included as participants. One does not truly exist after being stripped of their own lives...and it is beyond time these heinous vindictive crimes are seen for what they are.

The greed that murders, whether in spirit or in physical form, have common intent...to dispose of someone/thing.

Motive is demonstrated in basic human malignancies of ethical and moral reasoning, but is not unique to this cause. Greed is at the root of numerous crimes.

The most offensive elements witnessed in our causes is the deliberate disregard demonstrated in opportunity and means, as they are easily seen in the extensive abuses of professional "powers". There are no " l "reasonable" explanations. There are no excuses.

One has free will and must use it in times of adversity. Even if one does not like the consequences one may face, one MUST repent, change, and correct the wrongdoings done by their own choices.

This is an ancient lesson and, for those of us who are spiritually inclined, God's single expectation above all lessons and rules. We must make right what we have made wrong. This is where we must not lose faith because the "professionals" will not, have not, and cannot be trusted to come clean in the future.

This is too massive for one to shoulder, so we must insist on placing our causes as yokes around their shoulders and effectively insist the changes be made for them.

This is my first step into re-joining the efforts. I hope my long-winded truth serum helps others self-motivate, too. More soon...~

Texas Judges are Corrupt. Supreme Court case 15-4 William Wyttenbach v Texas Supreme Court awaiting adjudication. Public has access, see how corrupt, they allow judicial kidnapping, by in Conspiracy of fraud
TX Judges/Justices REFUSE to obey their TX family law code and Federal UCCJEA law; Please all parents whom believe Parenthood is a natural right; call -write to the Judicial assistants of US SC case 15-4. And ask that the US SC JUSTICES rule in favor and grant my Petition for Writ of Certiorari. I have not been with my son since he was three years old; Zeneth is twelve years old now. :-(
If US SC. Justices grant my Petition; this Father may be with his son soon; and the US SC Justices mandate that all States must obey their code ( which exactly mirrors Federal UCCJEA Law) thus ending Judicial Kidnapping of minor child(ren) from their natural parent being denied their right of parenthood; and ending Parental Alienation
Which is child abuse and natural parent abuse.
