Trauma in the Divorce Court - Abusive judges play GOD with people’s lives while enriching their friends.

"Certain rights provided by the US constitution do not apply in Family court.....Although it is not written anywhere in our Federal or State Constitutions, Family Courts have given themselves a pass on Juries...."

A back-stiffening documentary that makes a persuasive case for the reform of family law court

More money flows through the family courts, and into the hands of courthouse insiders, than in all other court systems in America combined - over $50 billion a year and growing. Through extensive research and interviews with the nation's top divorce lawyers, mediators, judges, politicians, litigants and journalists, this documentary uncovers how children are torn from their homes, unlicensed custody evaluators extort money, and abusive judges play god with people's lives while enriching their friends. This explosive documentary reveals the family courts as unregulated, extra-constitutional fiefdoms.
"The lawyers have been granted complete immunity in Family court, a lawyer can say or do anything no matter how false or cruel and waste tens of thousands of dollars intentionally and maliciously and they cannot be sued for malicious prosecution or excessive litigation."

"50% of US marriages end in divorce.Divorce is more than a 50 billion dollar a year industry."

"There is an expression, that people can get as much justice as they can afford...and most people can't get any justice at all."

"Basically what the Court does is it creates a battleground in which each side hurls the harshest accusations they can come up with because they are desperate to win." ~Lecturer Harvard Law School Cambridge, MA

"You essentially paper the other side….until they can’t take it anymore." ~Attorney, Beverly Hills, CA

Constitutional Amendment No. 28 ~~ #VOTE2016

Cynthia Wheeler's photo.

We agree to meet with me tomorrow in Tampa. I will advocate for the creation of a subcommittee composed of low to middle income litigants that desire to participate in the process to fix problems that directly affect them and incorporating real world experience that no member of the Commission has directly.I am hoping that he agrees or presents my request to other Commission members and they agree to my request. Closed my don't get feed. Commissions in other states may have 3 members or more so to my knowledge there is no set rule that the Commission cannot add members. What harm could it do? California has a Commission and has HUGE civil court problems and other states. I think adding non attorneys/judges members reflective of the people the Commission was created to help will actually bring a very important missing component. I will let you know how everything turns out tomorrow or Saturday depending on what time I return. It is a 3-3.5 hour drive.

FEDS ABANDON 'EQUAL RIGHTS' CLAIM TO RAISE YOUR KIDS

'Much work to be done before decades of federal overreach is reversed'

Federal officials have reversed their claim that they have “equal rights” to children to raise them, a claim that stirred outrage in many quarters of America when it was first made a few months back.
The claim originally was included in a draft policy by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education and generously allowed that parents, too, should be allowed to help raise their own children along with the government, through various programs.
The document, the “Draft Policy Statement on Family Engagement From the Early Years to the Early Grades,” stated at the time: “It is the position of the departments that all early childhood programs and schools recognize families as equal partners in improving children’s development, learning and wellness across all settings, and over the course of their children’s developmental and educational experiences.”
That one sentence, wrote William A. Estrada, the director of federal relations policy for the Home School Legal Defense Association, “unmasks the federal government’s true philosophy behind decades of federal involvement in welfare, kindergarten through 12th grade education spending and policies, programs like Head Start, and now the push to create universal early education for young children from birth through age 5: the federal government believes that its role is equal with the role of parents.
The newest release of the statement, however, now provides that, “Families are children’s first and most important teachers, advocates, and nurturers. Strong family engagement in early childhood systems and programs is central – not supplemental – to promoting children’s healthy intellectual, physical, and social-emotional development; preparing children for school; and supporting academic achievement in elementary school and beyond. Research indicates that families’ involvement in children’s learning and development impacts lifelong health, developmental, and academic outcomes.”
The HSLDA had blasted the earlier statement, in fact, dispatching Estrada to meet with senior officials from the U.S. Department of Education and “personally” explaining the significant issues with the draft statement, including opposition from parents to the “bureaucratic arrogance.”
The change is a very mich improved version, the HSLDA pointed out, making clear that “families have strong and sustained effects on children’s learning, development, and wellness.”
“Despite this victory,” the group explained. “there are other problems with the document that remain. The document’s working definition of ‘family’ still includes not only a child’s parents or legal guardians, but ‘all adults who interact with early childhood systems in support of their child, to include biological, adoptive, and foster parents; grandparents; legal and infromal guardians; and adult siblings.’”
HSLDA exlained, “In situations where conflict may exist between a child’s parents and other family members regarding educational choices, this still quite broad definition of family is not hepful for clarity regarding parental rights in education.”
The organization explained, “There is much work to be done before decades of federal overreach in K-12 education is reversed.”

The document does still include a suggestion that families and institutions “partner” to give children better results in school.
WND reported the original plan by the government was to “systematically” engage families about their own children.
“At HSLDA, we believe that these statements reveal these agencies’ true beliefs: that a child’s God-given family does not matter. Family is whomever or whatever the government says it is,” Estrada wrote at the time.
He cited other government agendas, such as pushing the political correctness in Common Core, “dangerous U.N. treaties,” as well as suggestions for universal preschool.

Two Great Stories of 'Parents Know Best'

An attack against your human rights, your rights as a parent and your ability to parent a child. Hello Male Parents!

Comment posted on our Google+ Community:

Hello Male Parents,

I wish you well and hope you know that your not at all alone.

Life can give us skills whether we want them or not. In time, every father facing custody and court cases involving family law will develop a 'thicker skin' as we all know that nothing is more personal then an attack against your human rights, your rights as a parent and your ability to parent a child.

I would like to express a very important concept today.

This is extremely bold and progressive. I believe their is no 'movements' in the world today to change the opinion of culture in the way that will actually build up momentum.

I would like to give you an example*, Equality for homosexual relationships in the USA have become popular.*The example is not aimed to defame or harm homosexual couples in any way, simply a random example.

Single Male parents seeking Equality in Custody and Family law is NOT.

Who do you believe will be the first to win Public approval in the equality of raising children?

A large portion of Society will back gay rights to have two males or two females raise a child... Will Society recognize the human rights of a Male parent to have ABSOLUTE EQUALITY in custody decisions or family court?

The reason behind this is because Gay rights do not threaten the power of women as much as the concept of  ' MAN VS WOMAN '

The law is not on your side. In every one of these cases the judge ruled against legally fit parents.

You won't believe the state of parental rights in America today. Here is just a sampling of all that is going wrong as our families are being invaded all across the country. Read it and please pass it on!

The law is not on your side. In every one of these cases the judge ruled against legally fit parents.

As a result, more and more parents are afraid to even take their child to the emergency room, lest one wrong answer lead to the removal of their child and the loss of their parental rights.

The law is not on your side.

Public School Access:

In Tennessee, a dad was arrested trying to pick up his special-needs daughter at the end of the school day. No fighting, no yelling. Just asking for his children and not backing down.

A Georgia Army vet was banned from her child’s school grounds for posting her newly earned concealed carry gun permit online. No threats; no plans to violate the “gun-free zone.” She simply has a permit, and was banned from the school.

The law is not on your side. Laws in a majority of states limit or entirely deny to parents any “right” to be present on school grounds where their child is in attendance. What’s more, some school districts have banned parents from sending a lunch with their child, requiring that they buy school-provided lunch instead. And a bill in New York would require that all parents attend state-provided parenting classes before their child can graduate the sixth grade.

But why do parents need to make decisions in the schools anyway? Surely they can trust the institutions where they leave their children every day, right?

The Primary Parent Myth and Family Courts

It’s often said divorce brings out the worst in people. This is undoubtedly true, but in many cases well-meaning judges often inadvertently make a bad situation worse.

Two recent cases illustrate this problem. In the first case, a stay-at-home mother in a small town had an extra-marital affair, which led her husband to file for divorce. Their neighbors ostracized the mother to such an extent she decided to move 150 miles away and take the kids with her. The father, who had been an active part of the kids’ lives, understandably didn’t want this to happen since he would now see his children only infrequently.

While the judge was very troubled by the facts before the court, the mother was allowed to move and take the kids with her. Not only will the kids now see their father only infrequently, they also were uprooted from the only home they had known as well as from their schools, friends and extended family. The judge’s decision relied heavily on the fact that the mother had been a stay-at-home mother and, in the judge’s eyes, had historically been the “primary” parent.
Equal Parents - 2015In the second case, a military father deployed overseas returned home to discover his wife engaged in an extra-marital affair. He filed for divorce and, even though he had been an active parent, the court awarded sole custody of his children to his ex-wife. He now sees his children only every-other-weekend. The judge in this case also based his decision on the notion that the mother had historically been the “primary” parent.
