What happens in Florida when visitation rights are unreasonably denied?

Parental Alienation is either a form of Domestic Violence or on the continuum of Domestic Violence behaviors.

What happens in Florida when visitation rights are frustrated?

What happens in Florida when visitation rights are frustrated?
NOTHING!!!!

Professional Compliance Bureau (PCB) Major Shimminger conducted an (PCB) investigation on the reporting officer but failed to properly investigate false police report by woman/mother who fabricated an incident of domestic violence.

The MDPD never contacted the father about the alleged incident which the mother reported 26 hours later. The mother obtained an "information only" police report in which the mother and her attorney used later in a biased (man-hater) judge's DV courtroom of Honorable Victoria Brennen. Mother violated Florida Statutes 741 and 837 and the MDPD did nothing!

The father, upon finding a police report existed that was false, he filed a police report against the mother for making a false police report and spoke to Captain Bollinger-Heller about it...she suggested he should just "let this go". She also referred him to an MDPD victim's advocate.

The father sent a complete, clear, and concise report back to the MDPM Major Herrera of the Domestic Crimes Bureau requesting further investigation.

This matter is well documented and fills half of a banker’s box. There is evidence to prove police misconduct

The father eventually became disabled (NOT UNFIT!) because of the trauma he suffered and continues to suffer.

The father has known the mother since 1990 when they started dating and there has NEVER been any incident of domestic violence.

He continues to have unhampered, unfettered, uninterrupted time-sharing with son (Zoraya's brother) since divorce of 2004. Can anyone explain that??

December 4th, 2008 A Paternity Suit was filed claiming his father's rights to his daughter and the mother was advised by her attorney to make the false allegations to the police to gain an upper hand in the family court case.

Judge Victoria R. Brennan

We can provide all the documents, police reports, and case numbers if your interested in pursuing this case.

The father also contacted State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundel on 3 occasions only to be referred back to the MDPD.

He corresponded directly with the now retired Director Loftus who referred him to his subordinates, Major Shimminger and Major Herrera. The father still battles these false allegations until today.

Family justice system shake-up giving children legal rights to maintain relationships with both parents after separation has been criticized by the man who chaired a review of the rules.

"This is not a question of fathers' or mothers' rights; it is about protecting the rights of children to have two loving parents fully involved in their lives wherever possible, to the benefit of the children, their families, and wider society,"  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-16870932

How Parental Alienation Syndrome Brainwashes the Child

I am writing to notify you that I attempted to call my children again last week per my letter I sent you dated 11/8/12 as well as Wednesday night with no success once again.

I have also yet to receive any response to my repeated requests for a valid unblocked uncensored unrestricted phone line to call my children as agreed. You have yet to send me a phone number that has not placed a voluntary call block/restriction on my phone number despite my repeated requests.

I implore you to encourage your client, Mr. Joseph and his wife to stop emotionally abusing my children by denying them communication with their mother.   These actions by your client, Mr. Joseph and his wife, are not only cruel, but unusually harmful to the children.  I would hope you can convince your client and his wife to stop abusing my children and I implore you, Attorney Arabasz, to stop impeding justice.

I expect an ethical prompt reply to my repeated requests for solutions to this matter regarding the calls.  I hope you and your client, Attorney Arabasz, decide to finally allow the children to finally begin to repair and rebuild their relationship with their mother as ordered by the court and as what would be right thing to do by any fit loving parent who truly cared about the children and their relationship with their mother.

My children love and miss their mother as they have repeatedly expressed despite you and your client’s attempts to tear that mother daughter bond.

Please send me a number to call my children as requested no later than Tuesday, November 20th so I may plan accordingly.Guys With Kids (Important Discussion):

We only support organizations who show an understanding that children need both parents, and that either parent is equally capable of the choice to perpetrate hate or declare peace.

Congress: Don't Export Discrimination Against Male and LGBT Victims of Domestic Violence

Domestic violence is a problem throughout the world. A bill known as the International Violence Against Women Act (I-VAWA) has been introduced in Congress to combat domestic violence in ot.

A lie cannot live.

A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus.

A man who won't die for something is not fit to live.
